Emotions permeate our lives and guide human behavior. In this course, we will cover the major theories and findings in the scientific study of emotions and motivation. In addition, the lab component of this course will emphasize methodological training in how to measure and manipulate emotions, culminating in a research and analysis project of student-collected data.
